Personally, I attended WVU and graduated from the University of Delaware. I live in the Bayside Community with my wife who is also my Administrative Assistant. We enjoy traveling and spending time with friends & family. I come from a large close Italian family who are not only very competitive but brutally honest, a trait that has served me well personally & professionally! It was easy for me to come up with a ‘tag line’ or quote to use in my real estate profession because “Life is not a dress rehearsal” is something I’ve said for years in conversation, and I strive to remember daily. One could add all sorts of lines after it, so adding “own at The Beach” was fortunately an easy one for us to come up with as many do have it on their bucket list.
OUR STORY
I purchased my first property in Ocean City, MD in 1990. Over the next several years I bought & sold multiple rental properties in Ocean City, built and sold spec houses and kept an eye on the ever-changing market. Later and largely because of that, I decided to pursue real estate professionally. So I started my career in 2012 by joining The Windrow Team of Berkshire Hathaway Real Estate. Over the next few years the team was consistently ranked as one of the top 3 real estate teams in Ocean City and the surrounding area. In 2015, the # 1 Real Estate Company in the Country, Keller Williams asked the Windrow Team to join them and open the first KW office in Ocean City. During this transition I decided to become an independent Keller Williams Agent. With Keller Williams’s growing success and expansion into the Delaware market, I relocated to the West Fenwick office, as I am also licensed in Delaware. Over these last several years, I have become one of the top producers for Keller Williams Realty in the DE/MD Beach marketplace. This success, in large part, is due to my friends and family becoming clients; gaining new clients and mainly because of my many referrals! Among my peers, I’m fortunate to have been called on and/or recommended by agents who are not licensed in the area their client is looking for. I continue to learn and grow in this ever-changing profession.
